    Papers Submission Guidance

     

    All enthusiasts, students, professors, & researchers can submit their latest review, practical, research, and scientific findings to the secretariat of the conference in conformity to paper submission topics of the conference observing the paper writing format via users control panel. It is necessary to create a user account (private control panel) through the site membership (initial registration and private control panel creation) for submitting their papers via the paper submission Menu.

    • The papers should be written in Persian or English.
    • The papers could be submitted in three forms:
    1. Only Abstract (English; 1 pages)
    2. OnlyAbstract (Persian; 1 pages)
    3. Full papers (English)
    4. Full papers (Persian)
    • It should be mentioned that the submission will be done as a full paper and there is no need to submit the abstract separately.
    • This is to notify you that the selection of papers for presentation will be done after referee by experts and professors with high scientific quality.
    • The number of pages is limited to 15 pages for the full paper.

    For Dear Researchers & Students:

    Researchers and students can submit their papers as soon as possible for early review by the referees then send a mail containing the title of papers and its tracking code to the e-mail address of the conference secretariat and request for the early referee. The result will be announced maximum during 10 days.  

    Submission of Paper Files: 

    Two files will be received by Conference Users System.

    1. Word files in conformity to a paper template
    2. The pdf file of the full paper is exactly converted from a word file.

     

    The submission will be considered successful when you receive a tracking code through the site. This code will be sent to the user’s e-mail in addition to the registration in the papers status menu in the user’s panel and also to the cell phone of the user through SMS.

     

    Please notify that:

    It is possible to send the file once. So you are strongly advised to ensure the accuracy of your file information because there is no chance to change or replace the sent file or name of the authors. It should be mentioned that it is possible to edit the paper after submission and before the referee via the menu of submitted papers status in the user panel.
